You need to go through your wiring and check for any lose or bare wires if none are showing check the connection you might need to buy some electrical spray cleaner you can find it at auto zone or at really auto parts store

Are you talking about the headlamps? Can you operate the headlamps manually instead of auto, does it make any difference? In the past on different makes and models, I've seen headlamp intensity brighten and dim because of faulty battery cable.

Headlight low beam on my envoy 2006 not working

The headlamp driver module (HDM) is an electronic module that provides electrical power to the vehicle low beam headlamps. The HDM is controlled by a pulse width modulated (PWM) ground signal from the body control module (BCM). The BCM determines the desired lamp intensity using the ambient light sensor, multifunction switch and the park brake switch as inputs. In general, the HDM will operate in 1 of 3 modes:
?€¢
Reduced Intensity Mode: This mode is used by features that do not require or allow maximum low beam headlamp intensity such as daytime running lights (DRL) (nominal: 85% duty cycle).

?€¢
Full Intensity Mode: This mode is used by features that require full low beam headlamp intensity such as low beam headlamp operation in manual or auto modes (nominal: 100% duty cycle).

?€¢
Off Mode: This is the default mode of the system that will occur when none of the features described above are active. The BCM will deactivate its PWM output (0% duty cycle) during this mode.

The normal battery voltage input to the HDM must be between 6 and 16 volts DC to operate. Any deviation to these values could cause improper operation.
Major components of this system are the BCM, HDM, ambient light sensor, multifunction switch, park brake switch and low beam headlamps.
DTC B2575 Headlamp Control Circuit
When the body control module (BCM) senses a request for headlamp or daytime running lamp (DRL) illumination, the BCM sends a pulse width modulated (PWM) ground signal to the low beam headlamp driver module through the low beam headlamp driver module control circuit. The low beam headlamp driver module will illuminate the headlamps, adjusting the intensity based on the PWM signal received
You best bet is to take your vehicle to a ASE certified repair shop or the dealer >

Is it possible that my dashboard lights flicker on and off beacause of my altanator

I have 2 98 Grand Cherokees and both of them have the same issue. The rheostat in the headlamp switch for adjusting dash lamp intensity is going bad. The fix is a new headlamp switch, they sell for 70-270 dollars depending on options installed on your Jeep

Replaced drivers side bulb hih intensity, bulb comes on flickers then goes out what else should i replace

Doesn't sound like the light is the problem. This can be the ballast, aka transformer. Try to interchange the other headlight and see if it duplicates the problem before buying a HID bulb.

Roof light doesn't work properly. It flickers when I press on it and goes off when I let go. How can I replace the bulb ? Can I just pry the cover off? How? I don't want to break the hinge, if there is...

My best advice is to replace the filament bulb with this

http://www.amazon.com/Corolla-interior-TOYOTA-upgrade-Intensity/dp/B000LJF26W

it is a interior dome light led replacement bulb made for your vehicle, it costs about 20 bucks, but will never need to be replaced again.

manufacturers are trying to use led's now rather then bulbs due to the no maintenance required factor in their oem books

95 chevy blazer has dash lights intensity varying while driving

This is not a voltage problem. The problem is in the headlight/dash dimmer. You have to turn the dimmer switch on the headlight switch to select what intensity you have right? try turning it down just a smidge and if it stays steady then it is most likely a dimmer switch problem. This requires replacement of the headlight/dimmer switch to fix. local auto parts shop should be able to have this in stock.
ps dont forget to rate my solution please. Thanks

Lights

In my car the wheel on the light switch that controls the intensity brightness of the dashboard/interior lights is sometimes too close to being right next to the level of rotating the wheel so the lights are on continuously. I just rolled back the wheel a little and it corrects itself but if I drive a while hitting bumps etc. the wheel moves and I get the flickering of the inside lights. Outside headlights are OK though. I didn't know which lights you had the flicker.
