Get a pair of jump leads, either get under the hood or under the car, find the heavy cable to the starter motor, clamp the positive cable to it, ground the neg on the chassis, clamp the other neg to the help battery. Tap the remaining pos clamp on the help battery terminal to see if there is excessive sparking. If only a light spark or no spark attach clamp and operate trunk release as normal. If there is a big spark try option 2 which is make up a cable that uses the cigarette lighter socket, an auto parts house can sell you an adapter to suit the socket. Connect to another battery and there should be enough juice to operate the trunk lock. Take care.

Assuming the car battery is ok (if not, buy a male to male cigarette lighter at the auto store and connect to another car until charged enough to unlock the doors...but don't try to crank the ignition!). The trunks won't open if the battery went dead with the alarm set because arming the alarm physically locks the releases.
Sounds like the key code is switched off because you replaced the key fob battery. Try unlocking the car manual with the key in the door lock. Then switch the ignition on to reactive the keyless entry. If this does not work, you might also try pressing the fob unlock button with the key in the door lock until the dash led flashes.

I had this problem also, does your third brake light come on? Also is your trunk light functional? If not there is a rubber boot from the car to the trunk lid, that those wires
run through make sure that the wires arent broken in there. That rubber boot on
my 06' Charger over time curled towards the window and got pinched and severed
all the wires. I soldered them and replaced the blown fuses in the trunk fuse box.
Problem solved.
Do not panic but instead consider calling a dealer to avoid making any mistakes here.
