Headlights are not powered by a fuse. It uses a mini circuit breaker and or a main fuse located in the main fuse/relay center under hood. Have the mini circuit breaker checked. The fuses/relays are marked in the main box.
No. Geo Metros use hydraulic lifters which can not be adjusted. If you Metro is making excessive valve noise, the lifters are probably worn out or the oil level is low.
Not sure if you are talking about wires from Metro harness or radio? Radios usually have red for power or hot, black is usually ground and yellow is probably the lights inside the radio. Try taking a VOM meter and verifying the wires if you know how to use one. red should be hot, black on ohms scale should conduct to the neg or ground. Yellow should have power (battery voltage) when you hit parking or headlights if I'm correct. If not may be the power antenna wire if it's from the radio, not used in most cases.
your position sensor is fixed. The ECU controls it so there's no real way to adjust it. However you can adjust the throttle cable and that will move your throttle plate inside the intake.
I have the same problem, but haven't fixed it yet. However, I have found great information at the following two links (The first being the most concise).
