Most cars of that vintage have a large "master" fuze near the battery. Ford uses a fusable link (pain to replace), but most others use a large fuze that bolts in to the fuze box. It looks like a square, the size of a postage stamp, with two metal rings for the bolts coming from each side. Cost about $5, try jumping that and replacing it if bad.
