Hi, go to gumtree and search ford radio code, I have used them and they are very good, quick and cheaper than main dealer!

ford does have a site called ford radio codes you'll need numbers off back of radio to retrieve codes

get the code from the dealer .but may be asked to prove the car is your first.

When you disconnect your battery and then reconnect itagain, it disables the radio. This is an anti-theft protection for your carradio.
The enable your radio the activation code is in your vehicle owner's manual. Ifyou do not have this code you need to go to your Ford servicecentre and get them to enter this code for you.
