Check the connectors at the PCM or ECU; lose ones could cause this problem. Something else to consider is to get the sensor from the dealership; many of these sensors are very sensitive and aftermarket ones tend to not be calibrated correctly.
after replacing a thermostat you need to wait till the thermostat opens and re add more coolant till its full. if the lite stays on the sensor is most likely bad
ENGINE GETTING TOO HOT AC PUTS MORE LOAD ON ENGINE AND OUT SIDE TEMPERATURE HOT.YOUR CAR TELLING YOU I AM HOT AND NEED A BREAK.MAKE SURE COOLANT LEVEL NOT LOW AND THE COOLING FANS RUNNING WHEN AC GOING IF NOT CHECK FAN FUSE IF FUSE GOOD.YOUR THERMO SWITCH NOT WORKING OR THE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR AND FAN CONTROL MODULE COULD BE THE PROBLEM IF THE FANS DONT TURN ON.
have the vehicle scanned for trouble codes most auto stores such as auto zone/advanced auto do it for free/ur heat and engine light might be connected the control panel uses cable--elect and vacuum connections to move and actuate dampers and switching between hot and ac
Here's the thing. The ECU will shut down AC if the engine temperature is too hot. If the coolant temperature sensor is malfunctioning (lying to the ECU) telling it that the temperature is hotter than it actually is, the computer will turn the AC OFF.
Sounds like multiple problem's. The a/c sound's like low on freon. The air bag and ses light are seperate systems from the a/c.Any time the service engine light is on it has to do with the engine system, the air bag is also seperate.Need to take in and have the code's checked for the service light and they can also check the air bag system and see what codes are stored and go from there.
hello check engine light came on first things first check fuse for cooling fan second see if the fan relay checks out okay if so the culpret most likely your temp sensor is out of range the reason for the fan with ac this has a seperate fan relay good luck
