2001 Mitsubishi Montero LS Sport - Won't start, turns over without a problem. There's a green light on the bottom right side of the instrument panel that I have not seen before - it's the shape of a car (green) with a key (black) in the car... ??

I turned on my Montero and the lights on the dash that indicate something (sorry I don't know why they even come on) but it normally has two green lights (1 right 1 left) and only one is on. I thought neither light came on so I am unsure if the one light for the left is on or the other went out.
