1. Disconnect the negative battery cable
2. V-8 or V-6 are both located on the passenger side, remove two or three bolts holding the starter on the transmission
3. Drop the starter through the opening between the firewall and the exhaust
4. Unbolt the battery cable from the starter, and disconnect any other wires.

Install in reverse order

I do not have power to electric brake booster on 1991 t bird SC is there a fuse somewhere

Usually under the dash board or under the hood will be a black plastic box. Lift the lid and there will be a diagram inside showing what fuse or relay goes to what circuit. Good luck. Jeff M.

Where is the diagnostic plug on a 1991 ford thunder bird?

Some older cars have an OBD1 (code reader) plugs either under the hood on the driver's side next to the hinge, or under the dash on driver's side for OBDII

Well i just found a 1990 Ford Thunder Bird 3.8 SC but it wont start it cranks a bit slow for some reason any ideas

You should want to hear it cranking with a fully charged battery. Maybe it will start at normal cranking speed.
Too much friction, resistance in the engine? If oil is too heavy, it might cause that. How does the oil appear? Black and gooey? Any indication of sludge-give it a pass-the owner has not done regular maintenance.

I have a 1990 thunder bird sc its been sitting for a couple years and i want to staart it. thing is i lost the key. any way i can start it with a screwdriver?

Generally speaking, yes.
You could drill out the lock cylinder, or remove the switch on the bottom of the steering column.
The steering wheel and shifter would still be locked.

My 1991 t-bird will not start. my starter keeps making a clicking sound but it won't start anymore. what can I do because I have no money to go to a repair shop

this clicking is caused by a defective starter solenoid, on this starter this part can be replaced without replacing the wholestarter.

89 thunder bird. Not charging

Did you hook up the wires from the correctly? Some batteries have the pos and neg reversed on the mounting posts. You may need to double check battery cables and alternator cables are charging. If you have a volt meter, you can perform more diagnostic tests on your own. Like testing output of alternator to ensure you are putting out the correct polarity.
