SOURCE: I have a code p0452 low fuel tank pressure. Is the

yes the pressure sensor in mounted in a rubber grommet on the top of the fuel tank. it could be the sensor but the only way to know for sure is have the dealer do a evaporative emissions fuel tank pressure test, they have the special tools to do this, outside shops do not. Have u tried a new gas cap, they can leak and cause the problem, in fact that is very common.

My KIA RIO 2003 idle OK, but when I accelerate it has no power, I get a code P0325 Knock Sensor. I have notice that this loss of power occurs when the fuel in the tank is below the 1/2 level. Do I need to...

Hi, first check the connector on the knock sensor. If the connector looks good and tight, replace the sensor. This should clear the trouble code and restore some power. If the car continues to lack power, check the fuel pressure at the fuel rail on top of the engine. If the pressure is under 40 psi, replace the fuel filter and check the pressure again. If the pressure is low after replacing the filter, replace the fuel pump. Please let me know if you have more questions, and thanks for using fixYa.
