The manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor, is located on or around the intake manifold, and provides constant information concerning the amount of pressure inside the intake manifold.

mostly they are located at the pressure regulator on the fuel manifold on in the fuel line to the fuel manifold

P106B = Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor/Barometric Pressure Circuit Range/Performance Problem

Light to heavy, hopefully your problem is first one.
* bad connection to sensor (check connection to sensor)
* sensor malfunction (replace sensor)
* intake manifold leaking (most likely need to replace intake manifold gasket)

I don't know exact location on your Lexus but don't be confused with MAF sensor which located on black plastic air filter case.
That's a Air flow sensor.
It should be somewhere intake manifold.
Google with your year and model to see how it look like.

The MAP sensor in your car is a Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor, and it is located inside of the manifold.

Located on top cylinder on transmission side.The MAP sensor is located either directly on the intake manifold or it is mounted high in the engine compartment and connected to the intake manifold

For Hyundai Car 1999-05 - Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor Location (check several options):

1.- The IAT sensor is located against the firewall to the left side of the engine. It is combined with the Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor.

2.- This sensor is located in the air intake plenum assembly. On some vehicles this sensor is combined with the MAP/MAF sensor.

3.- The IAT sensor is located in the air plenum assembly. On some vehicles it is combined with the MAF sensor.

4.- This sensor is located in the air intake plenum assembly. On some vehicles this sensor is combined with the MAP/MAF sensor.

5.- This sensor is located in the air intake plenum assembly. It is combined with the Manifold Absolute Pressure (AFS) sensor.

6.- This sensor is located in the air intake plenum assembly. It is combined with the Manifold Absolute Pressure (AFS) sensor.

P0105 is MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) or BARO (Barometric pressure) circuit malfunction

There isn't one. It uses a MAF (mass airflow) sensor.
