Code p 2176 refers to both the accelerator position sensor E and the throttle position sensor E--maximum stop performance ===causes --wiring---APP or TP sensor
code p 2135 refers to same items but switchF A/B- voltage correlation or implausable signal===causes --same as previous
I have no listing for a p 1516 as the book does not cover it but I am guessing that it is a specific code to hummer and still related to the problem area of the APP or TP units
if you find and fix the APP or TP problems then that code by go

I brought my 2006 H3 in to the dealer for the same thing. My blower stopped working all together but it started as an intermittent problem. He said he had to replaced a diode or resistor either behind the switch on the dash that controls the fan or on the fan motor itself. Have not had a problem since but that was only about 4 months ago.

Hi if your internal fan not work in any position well i fixed up myself easy and save your money.
locate the fan motor air just outside right courtesy drawn document in front of passenger. go from down and look up you will see a motor with a big connector white with 2 screw secure inside the motor block. loose the two screws and pull out gently the connector from motor fan block. you will see a green multiresistor connected with this big connector. Usually the first + voltage connector is burnet out. disconnect the connector pull from resistor and check for any burn. in my case the first pin was burned out completely
you can buy another connector or you can clean the burned connector take out form connector weld a small copper cable of 5 mm dia from resistor to the burn cable and reconnect the connector without buy a new one. after replace again the resistor in the hole of motor blow with the 2 screw.
Done all work again without buy another new connector.

SOURCE: how much will it cost to fix cylinder 2 misfire?
i don't know how match the cost, but it will he you, first change the position of the ignition coil to another coil also the spark plug, read the misfire code is it P032 or replace the code, if on cylinder 2 again appear the misfire check the compression, if ok go to electrical and check wires go and from to cylinder two coil to pcm, check the ground on #2 coil, if all this ok, see the difference reading by multi tester to coil reference if all good, reprogram your pcm, or replace if necessary
