I would suggest taking off your serpentine belt and by hand spinning the alternator , ac , water pump and any other pulleys to check for bearings going out . If they all spin freely start your car and see if problem persists . Do not run for too long since your water pump will not be circulating water this way .

SOURCE: what all has to be replaced when the crankshaft pulley? falls off

Did the crankshaft pulley separate from the harmonic balancer? No bolts missing? This happens once in a while. Just replace the harmonic balancer assembly (and probably the belt).

Your belt tensioner is possibly bad which could cause it to slip at low rpm.

Check the belt alignment and also check for other worn bearings. Crankshaft damper may be coming apart.

My crankshaft is very wobbley and make a very high pitched squeak

You need a harmonic balance. Very common problem!

Can I change the harmonic balancer (crankshaft pulley) without special tools? It is wobbling pretty bad and causing very loud belt squeak.

yes just loosen your power steering pump to get the belts loose then get an air gun or figure out a wawy to keep the pulley still and it will come right off
