How do I adjust the tow on my 1999 Buick regal ls

It has a standard steering box.

What is the trouble?

What ground wires?

You took it off for a reason & got lost on
the re-install ?

left side under air intake tube

if your talking about the pump look for the resovoir it is attach to it if your talking about the rack and pinion steering if you turn the wheel one way and look behind the wheel you will see a little skinny rod that is to the spindle and goes from one wheel to the next

u have to drop lower rack back down and hook steering colum back to rack and pinion it not easy and the help of a friend helps

Could be a few things....binding on the upper strut mounts if you have front wheel drive...the rack and pinion, or the steering knuckle.

Best thing to do would be to take your car to a reputable garage (not the one that "fixed" your car the first time!) and have it checked out.

Check the harmonic balancer

Easy Way to check and KNOW for yourself --- Look Under rear at Where wheels Connect see if it has a TIE ROD and See If it has struts of Shocks TIE RODS & OR Struts Take Alighnment Shocks do not
