Does the fan motor blow when in any position for heater? It is very common also for the switch to go out in these models as well. The blower fan fuse is in the main panel under dash.

1992 GMC C1500 350 3.7l - I bought this and found out if you disconnect the neg battery cable and leave it off for a minute or two it will reset the A/C - however this fix worked quit well months ago, but now it seems like I'm having to do it for maybe 5 mins of air. I traced the wire for compressor to the realy switch under the hood on under the black cover that say relay switch on the right hand side. I have a feeling it's the switch. The info on the switch 1325 14089936 then diagram from e to c and breaks down to A and D with a scematic with 000 inside the pic and F on the oppisite side. It definately indicates that it is a relay for the A/C - So since I already gotten a new battery and the old neg cable trick is not working anymore I am looking for a new relay switch to see if that fixes the problem. It has a new fan clutch and I know the A/C, compressor and fan and freon are all okay and this is the only thing I haven't checked. It isn't the fuses unless there are fuses inside the relay switch. If a neww switch works I'll let ya know, and if anyone has found any other answers to this problem let me know. Cause I live in the desert!!!
