Ur coolant level sensor might need changing. If not, the circuit associated with the coolant level sensor needs to be inspected

this would more than likely be cause by a bad cylinder head gasket. I would bet 89% this is your problem.

Why Am I Loseing Anti Freese Out The Radiator But i Find No Leaks Under My 2002 Chevy Monte Carlo

You are probably losing the coolant when the car is driving; when the water pump is pressurizing the system and if you are moving you won't see a puddle. Try idling your car for 15 minutes in your driveway & then look for the leak.

Losing antifreeze but not on ground not in oil

Generally speaking, if there are no external leaks, odds are the engine is burning the coolant out the exhaust pipe due to a leaking intake or head gasket.

Losing coolant

Need to have the system pressure tested, Check oil to see if there is a brown sludge in the oil filler possible head gasket? and its boiling it in a cylinder, check carpet under dash on transmission tunnel if wet (heater leaking) Is the coolant cap seal OK (not pressurising and boiling the coolant away). That give you some ideas to go with.

95 monte carlo 110000kms has smoke/oil burning

If there is no blueish white smoke coming from the exhaust its more likely a leaking seal or gasket . also you can check the spark plugs for oil fouling they are also good indicators of how the engine is running . However unless you really want to fix the issues with this car I would look for another that doesn't smell like burning oil

Losing coolant

These cars are notorious for intake manifold gaskets leaking also. May not show signs of the water/coolant mixture mixing with the oil for some time. Just speaking from experience.
