It is clicking but it is not unlocking it would open sometimes, but now it will not unlock. I can hear it clicking but will not open.
The door is most likely stuck, something caught in it or pushing against it. Make sure there is nothing pushing against the door and then push it really hard to make sure it re latches. I had to do this about 3 times before my door released. I had part of a blanket in the latch. Then try opening door. If that doesn't work ask at any dealer ship for help.

My wife's 2003 Yukon wouldn't lock the rear doors or hatch, but it would unlock. My problem was the lock relay was bad. There are two relays, one for lock and one for unlock. They are located in the fuse panel on the left side of the console. Open the drivers door and you will see a cover that pops off. Behind this are several fuses and relays. Consult your manual to see which is the lock and unlock relays. They are side by side on a 2003. They pull straight out. I replaced both and they were around $10 apiece at any auto store.

Could be the latch mechanism for the door is sticking. You could try using some white grease on the latch and the contact where the latch hooks to. You can purchase the grease from most auto parts stores. You will not need to use alot. Just apply a small amount to the mechanisim and then work it in using the manual handle. Then open and close the door several times to feel the "action". Then apply a little more and repeat. This should loosen the latch and get it working again. Also make sure that none of the tension springs have come loose on the latch. And check the seal around the door and make sure it is not pinched and has a proper fit.
