I have a 2007 Hyundai Tucson which has a strange starting issue. Sometimes it will start, other times it won't. It's thrown up a number of different codes, had a crank sensor replaced, but still start

The Engine Management is not throwing out codes anymore. Previous codes were EGR TEMPERATURE NOT CORRECT as well as a faulty cam sensor.

SOURCE: location of the coolant temperature sensor

You will find this sensor where the fat hos comes from the radiator and conects to the engine block. It would be on the housing where the thermostat is located. If it is not there you should look for a sensor that has a wire connected to it anywhere on the engine block where a water inlet is located. I hope this helps. Don't forget to rate my answer, thanks.

SOURCE: key is stuck in ignition in 2007 hyundai sonata

The problem is in the tumbler(s) inside the assembly. Before you do anything, try penetrating oil to see if that works... otherwise, the entire assembly will need to be replaced.

SOURCE: faulty sensors in my hyundai accent.

Whenever the 'CHECK ENGINE' light comes on, the ECU (Engine Control Unit) sets a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC). These codes identify the particular engine management system which caused the light to come on.
You'll need to use/find an OBDII (On-Board Diagnostic) Scanner to retrieve any code which have been stored in the ECU computer. Afterward, we might be able to help you DIAGNOSE and perhaps eventually fix the problem.

SOURCE: 2005 Hyundai Tucson v-6 4wd.

There are several dozen codes to the engine emissions system. From minor (gas cap loose) to major (ECM failure) Some senosrs can be bad and the engine runs fine, but you can loose 10, 20% fuel economy. You need to have the codes read. parts store do it for free. But don't buy a part just for the code. It could be something else causing the code to pop. Let me know.

My ac heater and defrost will not work at all in my 2005 Hyundai Tucson new blower motor and resister what else

Hi,

Please check the heater motor and also the thermostat. If those don't work, then this can also lead to your ac/heating system to malfunction as well.

Please use autozone to get a free diagnostic run on your car to get a list of errors. Then, they can tell you which errors are relevant to your ac/heating issue.

Thank you.
