2002 saturn s running lights

I doubt the DRLs are the problem, check your alternator...using a standard voltmeter set for DC and 12 volts or higher depending on the model of the meter...Place the leads on the meter on the battery terminals red to red black to black,with the car not running you should see around 11.5 volts to 12.5volts, with the car running you should see around 14.5 volts You can pull the relay for the day time running lights..DRL...but you will lose the right high beam...You can also pop the cover off the relay and slide a small piece of rubber or plastic between the contacts that are always closed. The are for the DRLs You have to be careful not to close the contacts directly above, so the piece must be very thin!!
