What are we talking about? Preasure side of AC compressor pump?
Power steering pump?
If AC, then possibly from a leaking AC-high preasure switch on the back of the compressor. The leak could be simply the O-ring. You simply unscrew it and install the replacement making sure the O-ring is good and in place. The switch can leak also. This part is hard to find accept at the dealer. It has a 4-wire connector on it.

My 1995 Mercury Villager driver's side front door lock is latched in lock position all the time and therefore cannot open the door. When I try to unlock at the passenger side, it immediately go back to lock position for all doors. How to fix the problem?

Drivers seat belt not moving / jammed and there are 2 things continually 'whirring'. I've only figured out one of them but they both have to do with the seat belt somehow. First one was fixed by removing a fuse but we then found out that same fuse is also the one that operates the starter and the ABS light comes on and the brakes stick... The second "whirring" is easily seen when you pop off the small oval access panel directly behind the driver's seat, a few inches above the floor in the plastic interior cover. I'm assuming this is the main motor you see when you look in there and a cap like black thing spins constantly!!! ...even with keys out of my ignition and everything off... if the door is open it will continue spinning!!! (so weird!). Looks like we might have to take entire interior plastic siding cover off to even really get in there! What a pain in the arse!
