The problem started when the car ran out of gas,i replaced the fuel pump and filter,also replaced plugs and wires. I checked the ohms on the injectors which was 12.7.I can take the wire off the #3 and #6 with no engine miss. I also replaced the cam sensor.
You need special Tools for injector balance test and anoid lights to test wiring to injectors

check wires at throttle body. can use a 12 volt test light to check for current. if you have spark it is not the ign module. set meter for 12-20volts. should have 2 fuse boxes on this model, one behind right side of dash at floorboard

Where i would start with the injectors shorting out may have shorted out your ecm " computer" This will cause Everything you listed. You can reset just need to contact dealer and find out you reset on this kind of vechical.But i would guess it's fryed with all the short's , Best of luck to you.
