There could be a multitude of reasons and you will need to have the codes checked or take it to someone who can check this out for you if you do not have the expertise or knowledge to do it yourself.

How do you know you dont have spark? Are you using a spark tester? Try holding a spark plug wire about a 1/4" away from a good grounded bolt or screw with a pair of rubber handled pliers, while somebody cranks the engine, watch and listen for the spark to jump the gap. I think you have spark, but maybe the electronic fuel pump in side the fuel tank crapped the bed.

Before making any repairs I suggest you put an external mechanical oil pressure gauge in place of the sending unit and determine what your actual oil pressure is. That will tell you which way to go using real numbers. If this condition appeared suddenly it may not be a large problem, especially as you did not note any knocking etc that goes along with internal wear.
