How do I reset the check engine light on my 2009 Saturn Sky red line?

take the ground line of the battery and press the brake for a few minutes and if the life is still on have the vehicle scann and clear code and have the emission components for the vehicle check

you need a reader pluged into your car to read any codes unless it is bluetooth set up...most likely not...too early in time for that yet....um maybe the starter relay or even the starter solonoid or loose battery terminal or broken connection in main + battery lead somewhare or someones tried to hot wire it

just go to your registered dealer and have the error code erased.

On Some cars, you can disconnect the Battery for a period of time (VAries on Car to Car) but why do that???

Go to your Friendly Auto Zone and have them clear the light for you, it is FREE to do and it is done....

The light will also go off after a certain number of DRIVE CYCLES but why wait?
