The IAT sensor measures the temperature of the intake nmanifold. The ECM uses this sensor reading to set injection timing and adjust the air-fuel ratio. If the fuel mileage and power output of you engine seem low, some owners have found improvement in EGT, fuel economy, and power after cleaning carbon from the IAT sensor in at the rear of the intage manifold.

Start the engine, push the brake pedal. Have someone look to see if the brake lamps light up. If they do not light up, the fuse to the brake lamps is blown, or the brake lamp switch is bad. The brake pedal switch sends power to the shifter lock. The lock retracts only when the brake pedal is pressed.

You have to remove the air intake manifold. The last three are under that. If you dont feel comfortable taking it apart then take it to a dealer.

Read your owner's manual. If not.
Proper engine oil selection is very important for optimum engine performance, efficiency and durability.
A new service API classification category has been adopted. The designation for this category is "SH". The "SH" category is intended to replace the "SG"category and provide improved performance in: deposit control, oil oxidation, wear, rust, and corrosion protection. "SH" category oils may be used in applications where "SG" and earlier categories are recommended.
The appropriate SAE viscosity grade depends on existing climatic conditions. Refer to the temperature chart below when selecting viscosity grades for expected temperature ranges. Brief variations in temperature are no cause for alarm.
Lubricants that do not list both an SAE grade number and an API service classification on the container should not be used.
