SOURCE: 2001 Aztek blowing cold air (strong) on left side of the car.

This is a blend door problem, this door diverts air either throgh the heater core or the AC accumulator core, it either provides hot, cold or a mixture or blend, this door is deep in the dash and in most cases the dash must be removed to service the little electric motor that operated the door.

That is correct, the air blend door actuator. "flapper valve" may need to be replaced or cleaned and free from binding up. Good luck and hope this helps. If there is an Auto Zone in your area, they can order the part you need and give you the step by step instructions to removing the old actuator and replacing it if it's damaged. Good luck and keep me posted, be glad to help.

SOURCE: when a/c on blow cold on passenger side cold and

this sounds like a bad driverside blend door actuator motor, this controls the door for hot or cold air, theres one for pass/side and one for driverside, this motor is located on heater box under the dash, the hard part is to locate it because there are about 4 of them, you would have to locate them one by one and then move all controls until you find the one that doesnt move and that would be the bad one , hope this help.

Left Vents blow warm/hot air when calling for cold air

Usually a sign of a faulty blend door under the dash.
The blend doors direct air thru the ac and heater core along with the upper and lower vents.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE AIR CONDITIONER IF THE 2 RIGHT VENTS BLOW COLD AIR BUT THE LEFT VENTS BLOW THE CIRCULATED VENT AIR (WARM)

By my experience you have a low charge, it sounds nuts, but for some reason it will blow warm on pass side and cool on driver side with low charge.
If the charge is correct, than you have a actuator issue.
It will have to be looked at for proper diagnosis.
I would start with a a/c performance test.
