'95 325i vert-cold a/c but low air volume

I have a 95 325i vert. The a/c blows cold air but there isn't much air coming out of the dash. And with the low volume of air, It blows mostly through the big center vent and barely any air is coming through the passenger side vents or the vent on the left driver side. Any suggestions? Thanks.

- I don't think so. Is that the same filter - the cabin filter - that's under the glove box or somewhere near the glove box? My first chance to work on this is tomorrow. Any advice you can provide is appreciated. Thanks!Clarification Request

Hi , has the air conditioner filter been replaced inside the heater box ??
