First, I'd hot wire the fan to the battery and just make sure it's OK...I never assume something is working even if I replaced it twenty minutes ago. Your realy and any attending fuses should be located in the power distribution center neaqr the battery and there should be a label inside the cover to help with identification of that and any attending fuses. The temperature sensor feeds info to the computer which in turn activates the relay and turns the fan on...any malfunction along the way will cause it to not operaqte properly. Also check that the fan comes on with A/C operation.

Looking for the radiator coolant relay fan 2001 jeep grand Cherokee location

first is fuses not relays, he fan fuses must be good.
PDC fuse #10 , 40amps must not be blown, under hood PDC box.

4.0L is electric , pcm + relay controls.at 225f most kick on now.
4.7L is hydraulic fan. so must be 4.0L

no engine told or country 4.0 guessed.
most are under hood in the huge fuse boxs.
and the lid tells them all words stamped on its lid.
look there first the PDC box.
i will attempt a guess now,USA 4.0L engine
fan controls, USA LHD ,left hand drive not RHD ,
page 1 cooling , i click fan page.
bingo.
The Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) cooling fan relay is located below the right headlamp behind the bumper fascia.

2000 grand cherokee heat not working on passenger side and barely blowing on driver's side.....plugged heater core? engine thermostat?

it is the heater blend door.....you can buy the piece off ebay for around 30.00 dollars the dealer can charge upwards of 800 dollars to fix because they take the steering column and dash apart...you can go through the glove box and cut a whole into ac system and access the blend door. old one slides out new one slides in this is farely easy and takes less than an hour

OVER HEATING ISSUE!!! 2003 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE

Since you added coolant, now it is time to check the fans. If the fans do come on, than your thermostat needs to be replaced, Should be done every 4 years anyways.

2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Find relay and give it a tap, to see if that helps. Not sure on that if its along drivers fender under hood or not, but listen for click from small 1"x1" roughly relay attached somewhere in engine compartment area, firewall, fender area.
