Question?? did you lose your serpentine belt, so your lost your power steering and then the engine died. Or did the engine die and then you lost the power steering??? If the engine died, may be the fuel filter has reached the end of it's life and dirty and needs to be replaced, If the engine was running and you lost the serpentine belt, the belt may have taken out your crank shaft sensor, so the engine does not know when to command the #1 injector to fire to get the engine to start.
