Question about 1998 Dodge Neon
Back fires turns over but wont start. has spark
You may have sprayed water on the distributor the coil or coil pack and have mositure in the ingtion system, if ti has a cap remove it and dry it out with paper towels let it stay open to dry througly, if it di not have the problem before you started then thats what may have happened.
