2007 jeep gc won't start. Lights, battery all Dash lights had been acting strangely before this happened. Turned the car off, Swapped AC relay with starter relay and nothing.

i guess you mean starter is dead, and all lights dead.
pointing to....
the battery is dead, did you jumper cable start it?
if that works the battery is bad, dead or only dischanged.
if that dont work make sure the battery cable lugs are cleaned.
no rust on cable ends( that green junk there that all cars get)
if the head lamps die (they work key off so...)
then the battery is dead, or rusty lugs.
if battery is dead, charge it. using a charger.

I have no dash lights at all the high beam light in the dash works the blinker arrows also work jus no illumination nor lights at heater panel anyone have an idea

Go back to the fuse, pull it out and reinsert it. This takes care of any corrosion. Next is tracing the wire from the fuse to the illumination.

Please make sure earth/ground points are tight and free of dirt and corrosion. especially knowing this is off road car. fuses are clean. charge relay is working correctly, main fuse CONNECTIONS are good. the fact that it happens when you move , means most likely a loose connection.

Air conditioner light stays on and i can't get the heater to work

You may need a new re-o-stat, or you need to bleed air from the heater core.

My 2000 Chevy Blazer has me puzzled. The lowbeam headlights will not shut off unless i pull the relay under the hood. All the rest of the lights go on and off properly. i put in a new multifunction and...

The switch powers up the coil in the relay thus closing the contact points for your lights to work. Recheck switch for positive shut off and check relay for points sticking together, allowing lights run full time.

04 avalanche- suddenly windows, locks, radio and heated sets dont work, dash board shows airbag light, charge light check engine light, fuel gauge not working, oil change message indicator shows 0 zero oil...

Check for fuses and fusible links that may be tripped or blown.

Next, check for grounding issues someplace easy to reach like the heated seat connectors.

Most dummy lights work by choosing the warning light path over the circuit path when the circuit path is higher resistance. Which may explain your dash warning lights.

So, what I am trying to say is...you are looking for a open ground in a big big place....like under the hood at one of the major fuse/relay/fusible link points.

Check it out. Good luck and be careful.

02 Blazer. Heater worked intermitly.. now not at all

The blower lives under the dash on the pass side Look for 12v on the large purple wire with the heater on..also run 12v to the blower to confirm it works. If no 12v check the blower relay in the power dist center under the hood. Also the 30a fuse to it .....look for melting etc...tap on the relay...from this point you need some expertise. Ill help if you want
