Hi,
Engine overheating?
1. Coolant level at cold
2. Coolant leak check for loss of, during "not hot" running condition. (water pump, hoses)
3. Replace the thermostat. It's inexpensive and easy enough to do.

3.7L/4.7L:LOCATED IN LOWER HOUSING ATTACHED TO TIMING COVER..WHERE LOWER RAD HOSE GOES TO ENGINE..PLASTIC HOUSING WITH 2 BOLTS.

Sounds like a coil problem, I don't know how the ignition systems work in the hemi's but your coil could be overheating.
