yes i cleared the codes and rechecked for codes &came back clear; i let the car run for 10 minutes reving it up a little from time to time to simulate stimulated load throttle response. then i drove the car a couple miles and back with no light .i sut it off and a minute later restarted an 10 seconds later it came on again with the same codes; the enginelooks like someone has had it apart with a freshly cleaned intake surface around the intake and new gaskets and the upper plenum has eithe black permatex or a rubbery sealer of some sort that was put on the gasket. maybe a possible leak there but idles good and no surging but does stumble under quick throttle also.

Codes po 141 & code 155

If these codes only show after rain then the moisture is affecting the connections in the wires. Pull each connector apart and clean out with wd-40 or other water dispersant and ensure that the connections are water tight. Any dirt ,oil ,grease green gunk on the pins will cause a problem

My 2010 dogde charger 3.5l v6 has code p0153 and po133 and u0126 with the check engine light on what could that be.

code p0153 refers to heated oxygen sensor-1 bank 2 slow response/no activity detected===causes ---heating inoperative---wiring---oxygen sensor.
code po133 refers to the same problem as 153 and states the oxygen sensor several times so I would be replacing that unit.

My check engine light came on with the fault code p 153

this is an obd2 trouble code table, it can help you understand the meaning of code.
for p0153,
Possible SolutionsThings that may fix the problem include:
Check and fix any exhaust leaks
Check for wiring problems (shorted, frayed wires)
Check the frequency and amplitude of the oxygen sensor (advanced)
Check for a deteriorating / contaminated oxygen sensor, replace if necessary
Check for inlet air leaks
Check the MAF sensor for proper operation
Replace the Bank 2 oxygen sensor upstream of the catalytic converter

1995 Cadi SLS Codes, P0030 & P0036, Ckt Fuse or Relay Defective, checked fuse ok, where is relay located?

Hi there,

P0030 = HO2S Heater Control Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 1) - No.1 Heated Oxygen sensor on bank 1.
P0036 = HO2S Heater Control Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 2) - No. 2 Heated Oxygen sensor on bank 1

For both of these to trigger on the same bank, means most likely an Open or Short to Ground condition (somewhere on the Bank 1 circuit) stopping the HO2 sensors from reaching their working temperature.

Check the following in this order:

1) Using a multimeter, check 'continuity' of the Oxygen circuit FUSE terminals (don't rely on visual inspection alone) or replace fuse with a known good one.
2) Check for moisture getting into both oxygen sensor connector terminals (bank 1).
3) Check for good connection at Oxygen sensors (bank 1).
3) Have both heated oxygen sensors on Bank 1 tested (ensure their values are to specification).
4) Check HO2 pin-outs of the PCM for correct voltage.

Only replace the HO2 sensors as a last resort (if out of spec).

Then engine department relay centre & fusebox location is behind the washer bottle, but I believe the HO2 sensors are connected direct to the PCM, not a relay.

Cheers,

The check engine code is 155 and 217

155 - Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit , Bank 2 Sensor 1 217 - Serial Communication Link
The 217 code indicates the communication bus between two or more of your computers is malfunctioning. The 155 code is one of your rear oxygen sensors malfunctioning.

Fix code po161

It basically means the PCM detected either an excessive current draw, or an open or short in the circuit powering the oxygen sensor's heater circuit. This is in reference to the Heated Oxygen Sensor (2) located rear of catalytic converter (Bank 2).

Bank 2 is the right side as you look at the egine from the front of the car.

Causes
A code P0161 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
  • HO2S heater power circuit open
  • HO2S heater ground circuit open
  • HO2S signal tracking (due to oil or moisture in the connector)
  • HO2S is damaged or has failed PCM has failed
Possible Solutions
  • Replace HO2 Sensor
  • Repair open or short in power circuit
  • Repair open or short in ground circuit
  • Repair damaged connector due to tracking
