I had this problem also. I had the rims cleaned, balanced the wheels and replaced the shocks. Each action helped a bit but replacing the shocks was the most improvement.

Possible warped rotor. Have you tested for this?
If too far gone, they sell 'em reconditioned.
If not too far gone, you can have rotor "turned" on special lathe (recut) to flat and parallel so it won't bind.
If perhaps rotor has been turned too much, caliper may not permit pistons to retract. Try installing a shim thicker than the rotor and see if it retracts.

Removing rear rotors on 2002 dodge dually.

Remove the axle and outer wheel bearing and pull the assembly off the truck. The rotor is bolted on from the rear.

Can't tell you exactly how because i don't know what axle you have, but usually just take the main nut in the center off will bring it right out. Remove the wheel, and the brake calliper first and see if it comes off then remove the center nut.

Removing the front rotors on a 2005 dodge

They should just come off. but may need some hammer to assist. they tend to rust up like most other rotors. nothing special needed.
