Question about 1989 Chevrolet S-10 Blazer
The motor works but it doesnt move up or down.
If you can hear the motor turning but window is not moving, then the window most likely came off it's track. You will have to remove screws and pry off the door panel and replace window on track

You can just put a drill on the cable and move it up or down also if your motor is bad

My drive cable ( like a speedometer cable ) froze up on my K5 blazer, the motor works but the cable that runs from the motor to the gear that opens the rear window unraveled inside its housing, i am having a hard time finding replacement cable,
