How do i change my front manual seat over to a power seat will my car have the clip were it will just plug in

if you look under and around sides of your seat you may find an electrical connector not connected , this is probably the power seat connection , i\'ve mostly seen them under seat poked through a small slit in the carpet,as long as the seat you get is the same model year etc you shouls have no problems ,may have to put fuse in fuse box lowerdash drivers side list of fuses will be on the lid cover, hope it works out power seats so much nicer

The drivers seat won't move and the heated seats won't work on both sides. Where is the fuse?

Check underneath the seat for an inline fuse. It is a glass type fuse in a fuse holder that you have to push and twist to get out.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Our 2005 Town Cntry. front R seat won't lower, Is it a fuse if so Where R the fuses for that

One fuse runs the whole seat not just one function of the power seat, so you have a problem with the seat transmission. That is replaced as one unit on most cars and is very expensive. Contact the dealer to see if the seat track parts for the power seat are available or the whole seat must power track be purchased

The drivers side seat electrical does not work. Seat won't move, car was purchased without a manual. Where are the fuses for this?

The fuses are generally located in a panel under the drivers side of the dash. while you are under there. take a look under the drivers seat and you'll see the wires for the power to the seat. I have known firends who've unplugged their power options accidentally while shoving such as a flashlight under there, Just thought it may be helpful to think about, in the case that your fuses are all good.

Hope this helps

1999 lincoln continental drivers power seat won't work

Could be any number of items related to the seat
power motor circuit

Start by removing & testing the switches

If modules are involved, then it will be beyond
your ability to diagnose ,without a trouble chart

Check any fuses that apply

If a fuse is blown,replacing it won't
likely fix the issue, only blow again
