Question about Chevrolet Silverado 2500

Open Question

Need to see a diagram of the exaust coming from the manifold.(drivers side) mine seems to have fallen off. not from rust,it was just replaced 2 years ago, wondering if the flange @ the manifold side is supposed to run all the way around the pipe

The flange on the pipe is put on before the pipe is assembled and can't be removed...never saw one rust away in two years... If the pipe pulled through the flange then you can get a flange that opens up and use it as a replacement. I'm a little unclear as to what you are actually looking at Perhaps you are referring to the "doughnut" gasket between the pipe and manifold?

SOURCE: Carburettor Flange , How to replace please ?

if i remember to remove the plastic cover, u will notice 2 plastic caps on either side of the VW logo. Pop em out and should be 2 screws there. Be careful when popping em out as i'm not 100% certain, haven't touched one in ages.

SOURCE: Exhaust pipe/flange detached from the motor.

Depends how close it to motor. If it not to close to motor you can get a connector at Meijer for $9.99 and reattached it by yourself. But it would be just temporary fix. Overwise you need to buy a full assembly.
Hope that helps
Good Luck

I have a 1998 expedition and i need to replace an O2 sensor how ever i don't know wich one is it. i know it's bank 2 sensor 1, it has four in total but which is which. 2 on the driver side 1 in )... which...

Very simple. Whenever it says sensor one, this is the first sensor in the exhaust manifold on the given side. Bank 2 in this case, is the driver's side cylinders 5 - 8. Take it from someone who has fought, drilled and replaced exhaust manifolds due to welded (rusted) in O2 sensors, soak the sensor with a good rust penetrant the night prior if time allows. The size of wrench or socket will be either 7/8" or 22mm. Either one is correct in this case. Use the box end to loosen so it bites on all sides just in case it does fight. The code will probably need to be reset. Do this by going to your local autoparts store that does free code scanning. Let them tell you it is as an O2 sensor and then ask them to please reset the light.

Where are the O2 sensor located on a 1997 Dodge caravan sport' and how many are there?

There are 2 o2 sensors on the caravan upstream+downstream
The downstream sensor is located on the exaust pipe at the
converter. As I don't know what engine you have, the upstream
sensors are located as follows
2.4 on exaust manifold firewall side of engine
3.0 on manifold near alternator
3.3+3.8 center of manifold firewall side

How to change exhaust manifold gasket

inner fenderwell and anything attached to it must be removed. you didn't say which side-driver's side e.g.r. tube needs removed before manifold , you'll need a 1 1/16 crows foot wrench. remove exaust pipe then manifold bolts then manifold .clean both surfaces to insure good seal reassemble.this is a 4 to 8 hr. job best left to a pro.

the sensor bank is the exaust manifold the # 1 is left side #2 is right side. they should be located right after the exaust manifold on the pipe it's self. all you have to do is unplug them and remove for replacement.
