Question about 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier
When you pull up the headrest you can take a small screw driver and go down the headrest post until you feel a notch.Carefully run the tip of the driver into the notch and one side will unclip. Hold that up and do the other post and the headrest will come out.The notch is about 1/2 inch down the post and the notchs are on the same side of the post in both locations. e.g. if the notch on 1 post is on the outside then it will be on the inside of the other post.
Good luck. Fairly easy but be patent. I have done hundreds of them.
