If it feels like the brakes have stuck or are rubbing then they normally have obviously the heat will transfer through the wheel.
There have been numerous reports of the brakes being poor and often a vibration with these.

The radiator thermostat may be stuck. I've had that before. Just about any auto part store should have an employee that can help if you need it. Its a quick and easy fix/replacement. You'll definitely want to check your radiator coolant level as well.

SOURCE: Clunking sound with braking

I would get after the dealership for false diagnosis. You paid money to have it fixed and they didn't fix the problem. Sounds like a BAR violation to me. ( Bureau of Automotive Repair )
The most common problem with what your describing is:
1. Loose or bad strut, suspension parts.
2. Loose brake caliper or not properly seated brake rotor.

Those are the most common things I see in my shop with that type of problem. I wouldn't let the dealership get away with this.

2003 Kia Sportage starting problems

It could be a problem with the fuel pump or igntion module/ coil pack. The next time it stops, fuel pressure needs to be checked and have the ignition coil pack and module tested at a local parts store.

My Kia Spectra just had a light come on. It looks

If it looks like exclamation point with two parenthesis on each side that is that you either have a low tire pressure or a flat tire. Take it to place so they can check your tires. Good luck.

TPMS light on 2006 Kia Sportage

Your Tire Pressure Management System is extremely sensitive. Some makes are known to trip with just 5-8 psi. difference. Have the pressure checked again on all tires including the spare. Make sure the spare is up to proper inflation. VERY important. It is possible that the sensor inside the tire as well as any wiring associated with the system under the wheel wells could have been damaged. Start by making sure the pressures are all within system range. The owners manual will stipulate this and all info you may need to troubleshoot on your own. good luck.
