Question about 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Detach the positive from the battery and leave for 5 mins then reconnect. mine did this the other and corrected itself staight away - make sure you have your radio code though...

Sounds like a bad forward control module, or body control module. All those things run off of one computer.
