Absolutely if it is an automatic transmission. You do need to use the right type for your product. If you do not change oil yourself, the lube shop should check the trans with each oil change while they do the rest of the work.

Saturn vue2003 now power low rpm


yep a stop up fuel filter.will cause low power.also bad gas and if transmission fluid is low.transmission will starting slipping. causing low power.check transmission fluid if it looks black has burnt smell.change transmission fluid and filter.

Adding transmission fluid to my 2003 saturn vue


the dipstick is located behind the front transmission mount and its held in by a 12mm bolt. you may need to remove the transmission mount to check the fluid. the color of the dipstick is yellow, make sure the car is in park and fully warmed up to operating temerature and on a level surface before checking the fluid.

I HAVE A 2003 SATURN VUE. I CAN'T SEEM TO FIND OUT WHERE TO CHECK THE TRANSMISSION FLUID. AND IF NEEDED WHERE DO I ADD SOME.??

Unfortunately in there wisdom ????? the manufactures are making the transmission a sealed unit, and topping up is not possible.
