1999 ford expidition abs light comes on

This is going to be one of your abs sensors at one of your four wheels (if equipped with all four). On the ford I believe you have to replace the hub and with that comes a new pigtail to connect to your abs. Not a mentally hard fix but you will learn some new words getting the parts off to replace it.

Abs light come on when we start moving the vehicle

There is no way to tell you where to start unless you own an ABS code reader or go to a shop that will read it for you. You can see if Autozone has an ABS code reader. I know that they will read engine codes for free. From your symptoms I will guess that one of the wheel speed sensors are worn out. This SUV has three sensors, one at each front wheel and one at the rear differential. You can inspect the wiring to each connector, for damage and inspect the connections for corrosion. Other than that you will need to have the codes read or hire someone to diagnose it. Let me know if you have other questions or to let me know how the job went, good luck.

ABS light on 1999 Fored Expedition

There is a problem with the ABS (Anti-Lock Brakes). Unless you have the knowledge to diagnose and repair this problem I suggest you seek help from a trusted mechanic or your Volvo dealer. Your ABS may not be working correctly but your normal brakes will still work.

I have a 1999 Ford Expedition. Once you put the

make sure you have plenty of break fluid in the reservoir. take it to reputable garage and make sure the mechanic know how to bleed ABS correctly and see you may have air in the systems. Once the air is in the systems its very difficult to remove the air. if that don't work, check abs sensor and the unit it self may be faulty. if you have to replace it, check ebay or junkyard for a replacement.

1997 Ford Expedition XLT, 155,000 miles ABS light comes on at times and stays on, if i turn off ignition and restart it goes off. Could that be a sensor?

This is definately a wheel speed sensor. Most common one that fails is the one that bolts into the rear differential.
