Question about 1994 Hyundai Excel
You'll have to check if it is an electronic gage or like a pressure gauge by following the wires and or pressure lines back to the tank if it is a pressure gauge then check for holes in the line, holes in the gas tank (like the top of the tank, doesn't have to be leaking fuel). If it is electronic then sorry to say its probably your computer and your pretty much screwed cause car places only replace the whole gauge cluster lots of money$$$. You should go to like and O'Reily autoparts store and see if there is like an after market gauge that you can buy and ask them how it works and if it will work with your car
