my 2002 f-150 has 289000 miles on it truck runs fine light has been on for almost 2 years i just want to get the light out .does anyone know how i can get it out?

if the light is on then there must be something wrong, its just not major thats why you can say its fine, but if u just want to get the light out, just open the instumental panel and look for the bulb in the rear then remove it, for sure this light wont go on. hope this helps
