Air con and fan and display display not working
Check all the fuses first....or .get a control box from a wrecker and change it.remove the cover plate with a flat blade and the head unit for the climate control has 4 bolts holding it in.

This is probably a clutch problem on the compressor, either buy a new clutch or get a second hand compressor and swap the clutch over.

The heater resister switch has gone. You need to strip out the box and put a new switch in which costs around £20

You may need to reset basic settings for the control module using a scan tool , reading the logged faults stored in the control module is needeed also .

You are going to find that you will need a computer scanner to fix the AC There could be many things wrong with your car that could cause this issue. Most Lexus cars have incripted data that can only be acessed by Lexus so take it to your local dealer to get it fixed.
