Hi, Were the parts replaced due to a no start condition? Is there a trouble code stored in the PCM or an engine light on? How many miles are on the truck?
Likely you have repaired this already but: check battery condition and clean both terminals (not on outside, remove them & clean contact points) A bad alternator etc would leave you with some power somewhere!!
is it the 4.3 vortec or the 2.8 liter? and is there any check engine lights on? if no light then its more likley to be the throttle boddy is dirty and needs clean out you can buy spray and spray it while idleing or take it off and clean it with a tooth brush and kerosene....
