I am seeking help lf someone could help me to install a "Block heater" into my 2007 Chev Cobalt LS Thanks Sal
Saleem, if you bought one all ready it should have some simple directions included, drain antifreeze ,you will need to remove a freeze plug that is in between cylinders , pick on that is eazy to get to, you want it to be some what centered in motor , use care when removing plug of your choice ,not to push it into block ,once out clean hole and test fit heater , most will not recommend using sealants the rubber will seal it by tightening small nut that will expand rubber on end to seal it .refill and test, DONT TEST WITH OUT COIL BEING IN ANTIFREEZE OR WATER.AND MAKE SURE WHEN YOU PLUG IT IN WALL SOCKET IT CAN HANDLE WATTAGE.
