My 350 chevy engine has been bored 10 thousands and I have it in a1960 chevy pickupand it gets hot setting at an idle. Have put a new 3 core radiator on it and also have an electric fan

Dear Bobby,
Here are some ideas for you.
You might want to start by asking some mechanics if they think there is something wrong inside the engine causing your overheating.
If so, something may be failing, like bearings, or perhaps there is a tiny crack.
If they do not think so, here are a few other items.
Some people might try a heavy duty water pump.
Some try adding yet another radiator for more cooling. ( I have seen some mount another radiator in the truck bed, my next door neighbor did.)
Be sure your lower radiator hose is not sucking together.
Sometimes the coil spring inside the hose can slip or rust leaving a section of the hose to collapse..
You might not see this happening unless you looked for it.
Be sure your water pump/fan belt is not slipping.
Be sure your engine block is not rusty inside.
God bless your efforts.

How do I disengage TCC on 1989 Chevy Caprice?

What has happened more than likely, unfortunately, the internal piston seals on the servo controls have gotten hard and not usable after this period of time sitting still. The answer is to remove and replace all the seals inside the transmission. Sorry this is the answer, but that is from my 35+ years experience in trans. overhauls. You should not have to replace clutches and plates, also make sure there is no rust on the internal drums from sitting still.

I have a 1994 chevy caprice classic. Put brand new radiator, water pump and thermostat even put new fan motors but it keeps running hot and water in the collant jug keeps bubbling after ive been driving...

CHECK WHETHER THE COOLANT IS PROPERLY CIRCULATING.ALSO CHECK WHETHER THE RADIATER PIPES ARE NOT CLOGGED.ITS ALWAYS BETTER TO USE DISTILLED WATER RATHER THAN NORMAL WATER WHILE MIXING IT WITH COOLANT. ALSO CHECK THE TEMPERATURE SWITCH ATTACHED TO THE RADIATER. A FAULTY RADIATOR CAN STOP THE FANS FROM COOLING.

I have a 1989 chevy truck, 350 motor, overheats when a/c is on. Run's at a normal temperature when a/c is off. Any suggestions?

Another possibility is a restriction in air flow thru the radiator. The condenser puts extra heat thru the radiator with the ac on.

1990 chevy sub 350 eng runs hot only at idleing,,cools off once m

Could be a fan clutch, or a partially blocked radiator...both will give you those symptoms.
