Question about 2000 Dodge Caravan
I bought this van about couple months ago, I had it oil change in one of the dealership so they can do the 15 point inspection. They found a leak at the power steering box. This would cost me $850.00 cad, which I told them I don't have money to spend that much. To have a peace of mind, I brought it to another dealership and have it inspected, but they told me that there was a leak at the oil pan, crankcase and somewhere behind the engine. And they were asking me $1300.00 to have it fix. I was confused because two different dealership mechanics with two different findings. Pls help me, how will I fix the leak at crankcase.
How bad does it leak? Most cars eventually leak some. Adding oil now and then is cheaper than fixing a leak if its not too bad.
