Unscrew the bolts and leave them in the hole they come in. loosen all 4, than slowly work the spacer off a little at a time. be carefull not to hit the radiator. the bolts are about 3/8 long in the water pump. good luck AND GOOD DAY

HOW DO YOU REPLACE A COIL PACK IN A 1997 E150 5.4L V8 FORD VAN

Hi, welcome to FixYa.com my name is Shawn and I will be answering your question.

You may need to remove the air cleaner or dog house to gain access. Identify the faulty cylinder.
They have an individual coil for every plug on this engine. Do you have a check engine light on if so if you retrieve the code it should be a P030X misfire code the X being a number between 1 and 8 identifying the cylinder that is misfiring. #1 being the passenger side front - #4 passenger rear #5 driver front #8 driver rear. They go in order 1-4 passenger side 5-8 driver side. Remove the coil it is a 7mm bolt and pull it out.

I hope my assistance helped you and resolved your concern, if you need further assistance please ask.

Lugs bolts on rear axle of a 1989 e150 van sheared off. How do I replace them?

Smack whats left out with a hammer. Put the new ones in place then put a spacer on the tire side of the stud and tighten the lug nut. It will pull the stud into place.

I have a 2000 ford E150 van 4.6. My son was driving it home and it died as he was turning a corner. We have replaced the battery, fuel filter and I can hear the fuel pump kick in. We have also checked all...

Is there a check engine light when it is running? If not, a common problem on these (with no check engine light) is the crankshaft sensor failing-it can run intermittently, or not start at all if it is bad, they run about $35 and are held in by one bolt, usually pretty easy to replace.

Need to replace the heater core

Under the dash for sure, but you may need to drop the whole box and may be mounted with bolts from the engine compartment. You will need to disconnect the hoses from the core from under the hood
