SOURCE: My turn signals stopped working
You only replace the one flasher you need to replace the turn signal one to its also located under the dash if you did that already replace your turn signal switch
SOURCE: hazard and turn signals stoped working in my 2005 chrysler pacifica whats wrong with it
Just for the hell of it try pulling the flasher out of it's socket and see if it shorts out I would try another flasher othewise I wonder if you have a direct short in the steering column like in the turn signal switch
SOURCE: turn signal lights don't work even though hazards do
Sound like a flasher device go to bad; check in fuse box and replace it to solve this problem.
SOURCE: No turn signals
You will need a new multifunction switch, not a fuse. this is a simple repair. Remove the upper cover from the steering wheel and then slide the multiswitch up and off. that's it
