The problem, is more than likely, related to the fuel pump relay, located behind the ashtray.
There are two there, but the culprit is the one on the right!
They are just above the fuses,
But before you eject it, just gently twist l/r while turning and see what happens.

Ive got fuel at the injector rod on my 1994 v8 jeep grand cherokee larado but the car wont start .. this all comes after runnin out of gas. its almost wasnts to but doesnt stay on at times and now won

If you ran out of gas there is a very good chance that the fuel pump relay has blown a fuse or requires a reset. Fuses and relays are in the main fuse box behind battery. When you turn your ignition on to the one setting before the starter engages you should be able to hear the fuel pump running. If it does not then check those fuses. If it does run then there is a good chance that the crank shaft positioning sensor needs replacement.

Turns over but won't fire

If a starter is able to crank the engine but it won't start you usually have either an electrical or fuel problem. It's also remotely possibly that it's compression. If an engine has proper fuel, spark and compression, it will start when you crank it. So your challange is to find out which part isn't working right. Start with fuel. Spray a little starting fluid into the air intake while someone tries to start the engine. If it starts briefly when you're spraying starting fluid, you probably have a fuel delivery problem. That could be injectors, fuel pump, fuel filter, relay, fuse... who knows what until you check into it.If it doesn't start with starting fluid, check the spark. Pull a plug wire and attach it to a spare sparkplug and set the plug on a solid metal part of the engine. Have a helper crank the engine while you watch the plug. If you have a good spark, it might just be out of timing. In any case, you'll need to start isolating the problem. Find out which part isn't working then you'll know what to replace/repair.

2000 S10 no start

I'd use a gage and check proper fuel pressure, key on engine off, 60--66 psi with spider fuel system.
Engine cranking did you visually check for spark at the spark plugs? Engine cranking is there a fuel injector pulse?https://s8.postimg.org/50arofh11/fuel_pump.jpg
Click on the link for fuel pump relay, you can check the fuse. At the fuel pump, gray wire is voltage, black is ground.

2004 malibu 4cly engine cranks wont start underhood fuses good fuel pressure 53psi

have you checked to make sure that you are getting fire to the plugs. i believe this is coil over ignition maybe not but pull off of one of the plugs take a plug out and stick in boot and see if they are firing if not it is a ignition control module problem or crank or cam sensor.
